1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the provision of housekeeping and cleaning services by Pivera Housekeeping Ltd.

By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Residential housekeeping
  • Deep cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Short-let and Airbnb turnover cleaning
  • Office cleaning

Service details will be confirmed in writing prior to appointment.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once:

  • Written confirmation is issued, and
  • Any required deposit or prepayment is received.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

Payment terms:

Residential services

Payment due on completion unless agreed otherwise.

End of tenancy and short-let services

Payment may be required in advance.

Office contracts

Invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments for commercial clients may incur statutory interest under UK law.

5. Cancellations

  • Residential clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the booking fee.
  • Commercial contracts are subject to agreed notice periods.

6. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property.

Failure to provide access may result in:

  • A call-out charge
  • Full booking fee being charged

7. Satisfaction & Complaints

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

We may offer:

  • A re-clean where appropriate
  • A partial refund at our discretion

Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are fully insured and exercise reasonable care.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to faulty fixtures
  • Items not disclosed as fragile

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

9. Health & Safety

Clients must ensure:

  • Safe working environment
  • Running water and electricity
  • Disclosure of hazards

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

10. Subcontractors

We may use vetted subcontractors to deliver services.

All subcontractors operate under confidentiality and professional standards.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, transport disruption, illness, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
