?Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all equipment and products required for every clean. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
?Are you insured?
Yes. Pivera Housekeeping carries full public liability insurance. You can request a copy of our certificate at any time.
?How do payments work?
For residential cleaning, payment is collected after each service. For end of tenancy and Airbnb turnovers, payment is required in advance via secure link. Office contracts are invoiced monthly.
?What if I am not satisfied?
Contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost where the concern is valid. Your satisfaction matters.
?Can I book recurring services?
Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly scheduling for residential clients. Regular clients receive priority booking and consistent cleaning teams where possible.
?Do you work weekends?
Yes. Saturday services are available from 8am to 5pm. Sunday availability is limited and by appointment only.
?How do I book a service?
Submit a booking request through our website. We respond within 1 business hour to confirm your appointment. For office cleaning, use our commercial quote form.
?What areas do you cover?
We serve Birmingham and surrounding areas including Edgbaston, Harborne, Selly Oak, Moseley, Jewellery Quarter, Digbeth, and Solihull.
?Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
?Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day service is available for Airbnb turnovers subject to availability. For other services, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
?Who will clean my property?
All services are delivered by vetted, professional cleaners operating under Pivera's standards and checklists. We may use trusted subcontractors who meet our requirements.
?Do you provide photo confirmation?
Yes. Photo confirmation is provided after every Airbnb turnover and end of tenancy clean. This is particularly valuable for clients managing properties remotely.
